We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided you notify us within that time. Once authorised, you’ll have a further 14 days to return the item.
All items must be in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and the tamper-proof ribbon fully intact. Any removal or tampering of the ribbon will indicate acceptance of the item and it cannot be returned.
